Release Cycle

The ProcessFactorial follows this release cycle:

  • Major release every 3 months (Wave)
  • Bug fix release on demand per customer

A customer will need to accept the most recent Wave release in order to accept any bug fixes identified and remediated since the release of the most recent wave.

Customers are encouraged to accept a wave release as soon as possible after it has been made generally available. These releases will include new features, security enhancements and rollups of all the bug fixes. There is currently no SLA for when the customer needs to deploy the latest Wave, but this may be added in the future to ensure compliance and supportability.
