NPO Placeholder

A placeholder is a variable value that a user can configure per environment. For example, a user may want to do an integration to a pre-production URL on a test environment, but a production URL on a production environment.

When creating a placeholder, the user will define a default value (with an optional date range). Once this placeholder is deployed to an environment, the user can update the placeholder for that environment, if required,
