Name	A descriptive name to help people identify the purpose of this Flow Action
Description	An expanded description of the Flow Action This is important for keeping track of both the how and the why of this Flow Action It is recommended that this contains sufficient details on the Flow Action so that someone in the future can easily understand what the Flow Action does and why it needs to do this
Action Type	The type of action, such as Create, Update, Delete, Condition. This will be auto populated when adding a new Flow Action
