Release Notes

This release introduces significant enhancements to PF Forms, Integration Workflows (IW), and reference data management, together with improvements to configuration capabilities, deployment workflows, and overall platform reliability.

New & Improved

PF Forms Enhancements

  • Asset placeholders PF Form configuration now supports placeholders in Assets, enabling more flexible asset configuration.

  • Search page enhancements Added support for configuring the behaviour of Search Pages, including the ability to navigate directly to the first matching record.

  • Condition Actions PF Forms now support Condition Actions, allowing form behaviour to be driven dynamically based on configured conditions.

  • Retrieve Data Action Added support for a Retrieve Data Action within PF Form configuration.

  • System Functions PF Form configuration now supports System Functions for use within forms.

  • Placeholder URL navigation Forms can now navigate to placeholder URLs, providing more dynamic navigation capabilities.

  • Pass Auth Token Action Added support for passing an authentication token through a form action.

  • Reference Data Queries Added the ability to:

    • Manage Reference Data Queries.
    • Create and update Reference Data Queries.
    • Populate fields using values returned from a Reference Data Query.
    • Navigate to a Reference Data URL.

  • Page-level authenticated experience Support has been added for page-level authenticated experiences within PF Forms.

  • Draft and deployed form management Added the ability to:

    • Create an editable copy from a deployed form.
    • Export PF Forms.
    • Import PF Form artefacts.

  • Improved handling of Search Page behaviour and navigation.

  • Enhanced support for multi-step form actions and conditional processing.
  • Improved flexibility when configuring form actions and reference data.
  • Enhanced support for placeholders throughout form configuration.

Integration Workflow Enhancements

  • Integration Workflow configuration improvements: Enhancements have been made to:

    • Variable creation and editing.
    • Integrate action configuration.
    • Service Definitions with support for advanced filter conditions.
    • Transform Data using Functions.
    • Support for system properties.
    • Support for system parameters.
    • Support for optional parameters.
    • Support for sensitive parameters.

  • Integration Workflow deployment: Added support to:

    • Export published Integration Workflows.
    • Import Integration Workflows.
    • View published Integration Workflows and Service Definitions for an environment.
    • Create an editable copy from a deployed Integration Workflow.
    • Generate documentation for an Integration Workflow.

Reference Data & Environment Enhancements

  • Added support for System Attribute Mapping within PF Form configuration.
  • Improved management of reference data and environment-level configuration.

Platform & APIs

  • Added concurrency controls when updating form elements.
  • Added APIs to support:
    • Solution retrieval.
    • Solution updates.
    • Viewing solution content.
  • Improved validation across configuration APIs.
  • Improved handling of sensitive information by sanitising placeholders and sensitive parameters before logging.
  • Reduced execution logging outside debug scenarios.

Bug Fixes

PF Forms

  • Fixed an issue where placeholder configuration for Assets was not retained after saving.
  • Fixed an issue where Allowed URLs could not be added to a form.
  • Fixed an issue where System Attribute Mapping was not available within form properties.
  • Fixed an issue where option sets using placeholder defaults saved an incorrect value.
  • Fixed an issue where icons were missing within the Environments tab.
  • Fixed issues affecting conditions in form events.
  • Fixed validation issues affecting Custom Sections.

Integration Workflows

  • Fixed an issue where Execution Details displayed an incorrect Integration Workflow version.
  • Fixed issues affecting Service Definition filter criteria.
  • Fixed an issue where the Filter Values field was missing from Integrate action configuration.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Integration Workflow imports.
  • Fixed an issue where Boolean parameters were unavailable for Integration Workflow parameters.
  • Fixed support for caller inputs in filter criteria system functions.
  • Fixed an issue resulting in a "Sequence contains no matching element" error during execution.
  • Fixed an issue where hidden Page Groups were displayed during page navigation.
  • Fixed issues affecting page navigation and visibility behaviour.

Reliability Improvements

  • Improved sanitisation of placeholders and sensitive information during processing and logging.
  • Expanded automated unit test coverage across configuration APIs.
  • Improved API stability, execution reliability, and overall platform consistency.
