Customer Hosted Version

Warning

The supportability of your particular instance of ProcessFactorial is dependant on how up to date your ProcessFactorial platform is. There is not currently a requirement that the most recent version of ProcessFactorial must be deployed within a specified timeframe. However, we will always recommend that the customer deploy the most recent version as soon as is reasonable to ensure security and functionality is optimal

In the Customer Hosted Model, the customer will be notified of a new version being available.

The customer will be given sufficient time to deploy the version on canary instance for testing before deploying the newest version of ProcessFactorial
